Terms and Agreements

Event Set Up Requirements:

Customers are responsible for picking up rental items, carefully using them and returning them to our rental center. Items need to arrive in the same shape the customer received them at pick up. 

Deposit + Full Payment

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the full balance is due at pick up. 
We accept Venmo or Cash. 

Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel at any time you will forfeit the $50.00 deposit. However, if you reschedule within 14-days advance notice of the event, the $50.00 deposit can be applied towards another available date.

Damage Policy

In the case of property is damaged you will be responsible for payment. Cue the Confetti Party Rentals will provide you with an invoice for damaged property at replacement cost.

Food, Beverage and Activity Policy

In order to prevent damage we do not allow eating, drinking, or art activities (e.g. slime, coloring, glue, painting, nail polish, ..etc.) in or around the tent area or on the mattresses.

Pet Policy

The event space must be set up in a pet free area and pets are not allowed on or near the event space or our Tents. 

Non- Smoking Policy

Cue the Confetti Party Rentals has a strict no-smoking policy and will only allow events in smoke free homes due to hygiene and health reasons.

Pillow Policy

Guests are required to provide their own pillow to sleep on. The provided decorative pillows are for decoration only and are not to be used to sleep with. 

Adult Supervision

It is your responsibility to ensure that guests do not damage any of our property. Cue the Confetti Party Rentals is not responsible for any actions or activities that could cause harm to any guests and cannot be held responsible for or liable for any injuries, damage, or actions at an event.
