Hello! My name is Heather Spradlin Ballou.

I was born and raised right here in Brooksville, Florida. As the first girl of three, you can imagine our home was far from quiet and always felt like a party!

Our mom was a master party planner and threw the best sleepovers! My friends and I still talk about them to this day!

Four years ago, I purchased the well- known “Campin and Glampin Parties” from Miss Mindy Pond. Over the years, we’ve delivered and set up countless parties throughout the area. During that time, I noticed a growing desire for party rentals at a better price point.
That is when I realized DIY rentals were the answer - and Cue the Confetti Party Rentals was born!

We have big plans to continue adding even more party rental items in the future.
